When you arrive at one of the Bureau we will welcome you and let you know what services we can offer you. Please tell us about any language requirements you have and we will do our best to accommodate them. We have a number of staff that speak a variety of languages that may be able to better assist you.
An assessor will speak to you first and identify what help we can offer you. We'll keep you informed about how long you may have to wait for this.
Depending on your particular needs, we may make further appointments to discuss your problem in more detail, or we may provide you with information to take home with you.
